Shiatsu, Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture
Christine develops a personalised therapeutic experience for you, integrating three refined Japanese healing arts, Chinese Medicine, oriental nutrition and lifestyle tools. She is passionate about the holistic healing approach embedded in oriental medicine. An experienced practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical practice, she has continued to develop and refine her skills since first completing her Shiatsu training in 1994.
A foray into Japanese style acupuncture changed the direction of her healing work, providing training opportunities in Australia and Japan. She is now undertaking Advanced Toyohari training. Christine also teaches at the Australian Shiatsu College.
Christine’s broad experience as a community worker in Australia and abroad further enriches her therapeutic work. She is a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner with AHPRA, a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and the Australasian Branch of the Toyohari Association (ABTA).
After work, she enjoys bushwalking, conservation work, cultivating her organic vegetable and bush garden, Nordic Noir and knitting.
